Extra-virgin olive oil from "Ogliarola Salentina" medium fruity, strong straw-yellow colour, clear and with soft green reflections. Its smell is strong and wide, with fruity hints of white apple combined with basil and parlsley's fragrant aromas. Its vegetal and minding taste, is rich of green grass, chicory, lettuce and almond hints. Due to its medium fruity, with a balanced bitter and spicy aftertaste, it goes well with every dish and it is simply sublime on a slice of bread.
